Refund Policy

Crusk is an early-access game. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something went wrong, contact us at support@playcrusk.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Pioneer Pack — Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for the Pioneer Pack, provided that:

In-Game Coins and Virtual Items

All in-game coin purchases and virtual item transactions are non-refundable once the coins or items have been credited to your account. This includes:

Exceptions may be made in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or technical errors. Contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the game after purchase — such as your account not being activated or a login problem — contact us immediately at support@playcrusk.com. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund if it cannot be resolved within 5 business days.

Early Access Acknowledgement

Crusk is playable now and in active development. By purchasing the Pioneer Pack you acknowledge that features may change, content may be added or removed, and the game may experience downtime. Purchasing during early access means accepting these conditions. Refunds will not be issued solely due to dissatisfaction with content changes made during early access development.

How to Request a Refund

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If you are located in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under consumer protection regulations.
