By accessing or using playcrusk.com or purchasing any product including the Pioneer Pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
The Pioneer Pack grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to access Crusk during the early access period. Your account is activated automatically after purchase is confirmed. Access is tied to one account only and cannot be resold, shared, or gifted.
Coins and other in-game items purchased through the in-game store are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They are non-refundable except where required by law. Virtual items cannot be transferred between accounts.

All content in Crusk including but not limited to characters, art, code, lore, and branding is the intellectual property of Procure Solutions LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Crusk is currently in early access and is playable now. This means the game is actively being developed. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, or that the game will remain unchanged. By purchasing during early access, you accept that the product is a work in progress.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crusk and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or virtual items.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the website or email.
